Earth Day Remastered – Sunday, June 26, Noon – 4 p.m. Wash Park

Join District 6 Councilman Paul Kashmann and the District 6 team for Earth Day Remastered, a free community event “Celebrating Our Commitment To A Healthy Planet”, Sunday, June 26, noon-4p.m. in the south end of the main meadow of Washington Park. The afternoon will feature music from Erica Brown (Afrosippi Blues) and the Denver Municipal Band Jazz Band. Exhibitors will be displaying products and services to help reduce your carbon footprint, and keynote speakers committed to climate action will be on hand including David Sirota (co-author of Don’t Look Up), former State Representative Joe Salazar and Linda Appel Lipsius, Executive Director of Denver Urban Gardens. Food trucks will also be there to keep your hunger and thirst at bay. In addition to Councilman Kashmann, Earth Day Remastered is sponsored by the University of Denver and Love My Air Denver.
