Social Groups provide a wealth of benefits – the opportunity to have fun, mental & emotional well-being, lower cortisol (stress) levels, physical and health longevity, shared sense of purpose, resource and information sharing, micro-networks for opportunities, new perspectives and personal development, to name a few.

Feel free to suggest groups that aren’t on the survey list. Each group will organize itself and can be big or small. LUN’s purpose is simply to bring the Lowry community together.
