The forum will be moderated by journalist and Lowry neighbor, Todd Neff.

Hear the candidates’ ideas and perspectives and ask questions.

What does the Attorney General do and why is the office Important?

The Colorado Attorney General:

  • is the head of the Colorado State Department of Law.
  • acts as the chief legal counsel and chief law enforcement officer for the state.
  • represents and defends the legal interests of the people of the State of Colorado and its sovereignty.
  • has primary authority for enforcement of consumer protection and antitrust laws, prosecution of criminal appeals and some complex white-collar crimes, the statewide grand jury, training and certification of peace officers, and certain natural resource and environmental matters.

The candidates will address these important issues:
women’s health care / abortion rights
law enforcement

Election Day is November 8.
