Silver Ropes Volunteers Loaded 5.7 Tons of Food in One Day

On June 20, 2022, nine volunteers – Robi Hyman, Carol, and Rick Deitz, Karolyn Snow, Barb DeSarro, Susan Robinson, Jim Kurtzman, Kathy, and Denny Head – loaded 5.7 tons of food in three hours time at the Food Bank of the Rockies. The 708 food boxes will make nearly 9,500 meals. Thanks to our Lowry Silver Ropes Volunteers!

The next large group project will be in September. Denny Head, the Silver Ropes Volunteer Coordinator, will be sending out information for the fall.
