1. Sunset Park: located at 2nd Ave & Pontiac St.
Why it’s a favorite: This park has it all – open green space, a playground suited for multiple age groups, and shaded picnic areas for snack breaks. There’s a swing set, age-appropriate climbing structures, and wide sidewalks, perfect for strollers or scooters.

2. Tailwind Park: located at East 5th Ave. & Uinta Way
Why it’s a favorite: Tucked into a quiet pocket of Lowry, Tailwind Park offers a cozy, fully fenced-in play area, toddler-friendly structures, and peaceful tree cover. Families love it for laid-back outings, early morning playdates, and post-nap energy runs.
Bonus: It’s rarely crowded and easy to keep an eye on little ones.
3. Crescent Park: located at 8th Ave & Roslyn St
Why it’s a favorite: One of Lowry’s most scenic green spaces, Crescent Park features a variety of climbing structures, seasonal water features, and wide walking paths that are stroller and bike-friendly. It’s perfect for families who love to pair park time with a picnic under the trees.
