It took a while, but we finally got the band back together!! That’s the best news!! The “not so good” news for our fabulous venue at Sunset Park is the monsoon rain expected for most of tomorrow and the next several days. But it sure is good news for our lawns and gardens!! With the canvas tops to the pergola over the stage, any rain collecting on the canvas before we play just creates a series of swimming pools above us. Too dangerous with our electronics.
So, absent a monumental change in the weather forecast, the OWLS will be performing tomorrow night (6:30 pm until 8:00 pm) at the Eisenhower Chapel. Come on out, welcome Derek back, and enjoy 90 minutes of acoustic music and harmonies!
