The recent Summer Pop-Up Party at the Lowry Town Center was encouraging. It was wonderful to see neighbors gathering, families enjoying the afternoon, and local businesses welcoming both familiar and new faces. Events like these remind us that the Town Center has always been more than a place to shop. It is a place where our community comes together.
As many of you know, LUN has been working alongside local businesses, the Lowry Business Alliance, the LCMA, Kimco, and other community partners to help strengthen the Town Center. While there is no single solution, one thing has become clear: creating reasons for people to visit, linger and connect is an important part of building a vibrant business district.
That brings us to you.
What would encourage you to spend more time in the Lowry Town Center?
Would you enjoy more live music? A farmers market? Fitness classes? Seasonal festivals? Food events? Something entirely different?
As we continue these conversations with our partners, we want to hear directly from the people who live here. Your ideas will help shape future discussions and community initiatives.
Our goal is simple: to help create a Lowry Town Center that is not only a destination for shopping and dining, but also a place where neighbors naturally gather throughout the year.
If you have ideas, we’d love to hear them. Please email us at connect@lowryunitedneighborhoods.org or share your thoughts through our social media channels.
Strong communities are built through collaboration and together we can continue making the Lowry Town Center a place our entire neighborhood is proud to support.
