| Parks Clean-Up is organized by our Councilwoman, Amanda Sawyer. She is asking anyone who would like to volunteer to join together to spruce up a District 5 park up this fall. See the link below for a list of parks and to sign up. She has added Lowry Sports Park to the Fall D5 Clean-Up Day, and Lindsley Park has been moved to the Spring 2022 Clean-Up Day, planned for May 15. Please note that effective October 1, volunteers 12 and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The August 2, 2021 DDPHE Public Health Order requires volunteers to be fully vaccinated and the PHO defines “Fully vaccinated” as “two weeks after a person’s second dose in a two-dose series and two weeks after a single-dose vaccine”. Please bring your proof of vaccination on the day of the Clean-Up. See you in the parks! |
