Another great reason to live in Lowry!
Attend local theater at a discounted price and enjoy a reception with your neighbors
Please join your Lowry neighbors at the Firehouse Theater on Friday, November 19 for Lowry Night at the Theater. Tickets will be discounted from $25 to $20 that night only for LUN, Lowry Business Alliance, and Lowry Foundation members. Come at 7:00 P.M. and enjoy a reception in the theater ballroom prior to the 7:30 show.
A discount code has been created that will take $5 off the General Admission price. So, instead of paying $25, folks who use the code will pay $20 for the ticket (plus fees). To reserve your space for Lowry Night at the Theater, go to November 19, select the time (7:30 is the only option), chose a General Admission ticket (Ticket Level Two) and use the code LOWRY.
Ada and the Engine

November 13 – December 18, 2021
Firehouse Theater Company is thrilled to bring to the stage the wonderful play that we were just about to open when the Pandemic caused the shuttering of the theater in spring of 2020.
As the British Industrial Revolution dawns, young Ada Byron Lovelace (daughter of the flamboyant and notorious Lord Byron) sees the boundless creative potential in the “analytic engines” of her friend and soul mate Charles Babbage, inventor of the first mechanical computer. Ada envisions a whole new world where art and information converge—a world she might not live to see. A music-laced story of love, friendship, and the edgiest dreams of the future. Jane Austen meets Steve Jobs in this poignant pre-tech romance heralding the computer age.
