Guitar Guys: aka The Owls – Free Acoustic Music @ Sunset Park

Music Aficionados,

The forecast for tomorrow evening at Sunset Park is for warm and rain-free weather, so come on out, bring your lawn chairs, sunscreen, wine & cheese, etc., and settle in for 90 minutes of acoustic music from most of the OWLS.

By the time we play, the sun should be below the beautiful evergreen trees  that ring the back of the stage, so no sun glare and  what should be a cool early “Summery” evening at this awesome performance venue.

For “newbies” to our music, Sunset Park is at 2^nd & Pontiac in Lowry (2 blocks west of Quebec on 2^nd). Derek is in Texas this week, so we will go with a song list that has more of a retro “O’Rourke & Lammens” flavor for tomorrow night, with a mix of harmonies and individual songs from each of us.

We start at 6:30 p.m. and play until 8:00 p.m. This is Colorado, so if the forecast changes to (needed) rain, I’ll update tomorrow morning, and we’ll move to the Eisenhower Chapel .
