All group participants must be signed up 2 weeks prior to the volunteer shift by    January 1, 2026*

All group participants must be signed up 2 weeks prior to the volunteer shift by  February, 26, 2026*

Registration:

  1. Please use the group registration link to register yourself for the event:    https://vhub.at/1KPHFHX  
  2. Click on the date and the green “Sign up” button next to the event on the page.
  3. You will be prompted to log in. If you do not have an account, you will create an account. You do not need a join code and can skip this step.
  4. As a part of the event registration each person accepts the volunteer agreement and waiver.
  5. Once you have created an account and registered for the event, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

Food Bank of the Rockies requires every member of the group to register individually under the specific group and event. This registration process allows each volunteer to accept our waiver ahead of volunteering and will allow them to track their volunteer hours with Food Bank of the Rockies.

* ‎Any spot not filled prior to that deadline will be released back out to the public and will no longer be guaranteed for your group. Members can still register if there are open spots on the website, but it will be open to the public as well and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Your group coordinator will receive a reminder email prior to that cut off.
