The Schlessman Family Branch Library, Denver Public Library’s second-most popular branch, serves over 400 individuals daily from our community. A much-needed renovation will include an improved community room on the first level, a brand-new teen space, a more extensive children’s library and enhancements that make spaces more accessible and user-friendly.
Though the renovation was initially funded in 2017 through a city bond, increased construction, labor costs, and inflation require additional funding to complete the project.
Here’s how you can help:
- Spread the word!
- Donate
- Host a Schlessman Salon at your house to raise awareness.
