DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, Sept. 28\, 5 p.m. Montclair Rec Center \nWe will hear from Denver Parks Horticulturist Laura Wigger.  She will describe the City’s annual process for design\, propagation\, installation\, and care of Lowry’s ornamental gardens and native areas. \nWe will also learn which Lowry Parks they maintain\, the challenges and success stories. \nThe tour begins at the Montclair Rec Center and continues to the roundabout at 6th Ave. and Uinta. Laura will discuss the perennial beds and native grasses along the Great Lawn open space\, and end at the annual beds along Lowry Blvd at Westerly Creek.  You can also bike or drive. \nYou do not need to register for this free event. \nSee you at the Montclair Rec Center\, 5 p.m.\, September 28! \n
